What is the return policy?
We want you to love your arada, but if something isn't quite right, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to return your item for a full refund.
Please note:
- No exchanges. We're unable to offer direct exchanges at this time.
- Items must be unused and returned in the same condition in which they were received.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping is at the customer's expense. Costs vary by country and will be deducted from your total refund.

Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.
When will I get my order?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays); weekend orders are processed the following Monday.
You'll get a confirmation email with tracking number once shipped.
Estimated delivery times:
- Metropolitan France: 2–4 business days
- European Union: 4–8 business days

Our products are handcrafted in Istanbul. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
