Legal Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify your decision.

Hygiene Exception — Earrings
In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, earrings and any jewelry intended to be worn in direct contact with the body are excluded from the right of withdrawal once their protective seal has been removed or the item has been worn. This exclusion is brought to your attention before you finalize your purchase.

Return Procedure
To initiate a return, contact us at contact@aradaparis.com, stating your order number. No return will be accepted without our prior approval. Once your request has been validated, you will receive shipping instructions. 

• Items must be unused and returned in the same condition in which they were received.
• Initial shipping fees are non-refundable.

• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, it will be deducted from the total refund amount owed to the customer. Except in the case of a defective item or an error on our part.

Defective Items or Order Errors
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us immediately at contact@aradaparis.com with a photo of the issue. We will cover the full cost of return shipping and offer you an exchange or a full refund.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To obtain a different item, return your order following the procedure above and place a new order.

Refunds
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days. The time it takes to appear on your statement may vary depending on your bank.
