Delivery Zones

Arada ships exclusively within the European Union. Orders placed from outside the EU cannot be accepted at this time.

Preparing Your Order All of our jewelry is in stock. Your order is prepared and shipped within 1 to 3 business days from payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email along with your tracking number as soon as your parcel is picked up by the carrier.

Carriers and Delivery Times

We ship via Sendcloud, in partnership with Colissimo, Chronopost, and Mondial Relay. The carrier is selected based on your delivery address and the shipping method chosen at checkout.

Estimated delivery times, excluding preparation time, are as follows:

• Metropolitan France: 1 to 4 business days
• European Union: 4 to 8 business days depending on the country

These times are given as an estimate and may vary during periods of high activity (holidays, sales).

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your address and the delivery method chosen.

Shipping is free for any order of €120 or more within metropolitan France, and €150 or more for deliveries to other European Union countries.

Order Tracking

Each shipment comes with a tracking number sent by email. You can track your parcel directly on the relevant carrier's website.

Lost, Damaged, or Undelivered Parcels

If you experience a delivery issue (lost parcel, damaged parcel, or non-delivery within the expected timeframe), please contact us at contact@aradaparis.com with your order number. Each situation is handled individually in coordination with the relevant carrier. We are committed to providing you with a response and a solution as quickly as possible.
